Beginning as fully matured Maker's Mark® at cask strength, Private Select is created by adding 10 custom wood finishing staves to each barrel. It's then aged in a limestone cellar to extract a unique, flavorful taste profile. With 1,001 possible stave combinations, each expression of Private Select has a customized finish and taste profile that is unique. The staves for this bourbon were carefully selected by Angus Barn sommeliers and you can be among the first to taste Angus Barn No.1 and enjoy a gourmet 5 course bourbon & wine paired dinner inspired by the legendary Maker’s Mark®.
