The staves for this bourbon were carefully selected by Angus Barn sommeliers at the Star Hill Farm's new lakeside open-air tasting room, surrounded by the sights, smells and sounds of this revered property. After 9 weeks maturing in the beautiful limestone caverns of the distillery, the barrel has finally made it home to Raleigh, ready to be enjoyed!
