A Night to Remember. An authentic recreation of the last dinner  served in the First Class Dining Salon aboard. THE R.M.S. TITANIC

Guests will have the opportunity to assume the role of an actual 1st class passenger and learn their fate as the evening progresses. Guests are welcome to come in period dress or formal attire, if they desire.

Poached Salmon with Mousseline
Filet Mignons Lili
Punch Romaine
Roasted Game Hen on Wilted Cress
Asparagus salad with Champagne - Saffron Vinaigrette
